<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free lending service system for energy capable of taking an environment into consideration, capable of creating CO<SB>2</SB>emission reduction and a CO<SB>2</SB>emission reduction amount, by allowing easily and surely the transition to environmentally low load energy, without loading a transition cost for energy capable of taking the environment into consideration, to a consumer desiring the transition to the environmentally low load energy, by aiming at making the best use of a CO<SB>2</SB>emission amount transaction. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention discloses the free lending service system for the energy capable of taking the environment into consideration, capable of promoting easily and surely the creation of the CO<SB>2</SB>emission reduction and the CO<SB>2</SB>emission reduction amount, without loading the transition cost, by free lending to the consumer desiring the transition from an environmentally high load energy into the environmentally low load energy, in order to create the transition to environmentally low load energy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
