<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation method for a wall surface, which can reduce the material cost and the construction period by facilitating construction, and further can reduce the burdens of a dweller and a construction agent by minimizing the movement of furniture or things for the construction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heat insulation method for wall surface includes a first step of forming cutouts 3a and 3b in an upper part and a lower part of a building wall surface; a second step of closing the upper cutout 3a and the lower cutout 3b with a net 10 for preventing scattering of a heat insulating material; a third step of forming a hole in the net closing the upper cutout to insert a heat insulating material blowing hose 11; a fourth step of blowing the heat insulating material 12 into a clearance of the wall through the hole; and a fifth step of restoring the upper cutout and lower cutout with a decorative plate 4.
