PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive terminal device in which a material yield can be improved and whose quality is stable without raising the material cost and to provide a conductive terminal component and the conductive terminal device. SOLUTION: The conductive terminal device T provided with a brush 16, a brush holder 3, a connector 11b and the conductive terminal component 31 is manufactured. The method comprises a first process for punching a conductive terminal component prototype from a plate, a second process for fixing a part except for a notch part 31a of the conductive terminal prototype as a fixing place, imparting a force to a part on an opposite side of the fixing place in the notch part 31a, forming a bending part 31A by folding it in a direction where the notch part 31a is closed and forming the conductive terminal component 31, and a third process for installing the conductive terminal component 31 on the brush holder 3 and electrically connecting it to the brush 16 and the connector 11b.
