发明名称 ANODIZATION SUBSTRATE AND CATALYST USING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate which can enhance the operational efficiency of anodization which is an important process preparing a porous catalyst carrier, a catalyst carrier excellent in heat resistance, and a catalyst using the same. SOLUTION: In a member in which an oxide is formed on the surface of two kinds or more of metal laminates different in oxidation potential, the member in which the surface oxide comprises a metal oxide of two layers from an upper side is used, whereby the catalyst carrier improved in the operational efficiency of the anodization and excellent in heat resistance and the catalyst using the same is provided. The anodization member is constituted of a substrate, a barrier layer and an anodization film, and the anodization oxide can be uniformly prepared even on an ununiform surface.
