PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet suitable to a decorative molded article which can give to a decorative molded article a design excellent in high grade feeling with rich matt feeling (low gloss feeling). SOLUTION: At least a mold-releasing layer and a peeling-off layer are laminated in this order on a surface of a substrate film comprising a polyester film, and the mold-releasing layer comprises a low gloss mold-releasing layer and high gloss mold-releasing layer, wherein a peeling-off strength between the low gloss mold-releasing layer and the peeling-off layer is 1 N/25 mm or more measured by the following method for mold-releasing strength measuring method and a mold releasing strength between the high gloss mold-releasing layer and the peeling-off layer is less than 1 N/25 mm measured by the following method for mold-releasing strength measuring method; peeling-off strength measuring method: a peeling-off strength is measured by a Tensilon tensile testing machine at 25°C at 100 mm/min upon peeling-off at a peeling-off angle of 90°.
