PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet jetting apparatus capable of rapidly adjusting temperature of liquid by suppressing heat exchange with outside air around a channel unit as far as possible and efficiently performing heat exchange with liquid in a liquid channel. SOLUTION: An inkjet head 6 includes the channel unit 10 including a nozzle 28, and a piezoelectric actuator 30 applying jet energy for jetting ink from the nozzle 28. A circulation path 40 is formed in a channel structure 12 included in the channel unit 10. A nozzle plate 11 included in the channel unit 10 is superposed on a part of the circulation path 40 in an up-and-down direction. The channel structure 12 has higher heat conductivity than the nozzle plate 11 and the piezoelectric actuator 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
