PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform guidance utilizing a tendency of change of a line-of-sight direction of an occupant. SOLUTION: A viewing object recognition means 731 of a line-of-sight characteristic learning means 730 obtains information of the line of sight of the occupant and peripheral image information, by controlling a line-of-sight detection means 710 and a photographing means 720. The viewing object recognition means 731 recognizes a viewing object in the line-of-sight direction of the occupant based on the information of the line of sight and the image information, and transmits a recognition result to a viewing object learning means 732. The viewing object learning means 732 learns a line-of-sight characteristic of the occupant by learning a viewing characteristic which is a characteristic on the recognized viewing object. In contrast, when performing guidance to the occupant of a vehicle CR, a generation means 740 generates guidance information based on a leaning result of the line-of-sight characteristic by the line-of-sight characteristic learning means 730. Successively, the generation means 740 present the guidance information to the occupant of the vehicle CR by an image, a voice or the like by utilizing a presentation means 750.
