PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film excelling in hardness and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The hard coat film 1 is provided with a first hard coat layer 20 and a second hard coat layer 30 on one face side of a transparent base material film 10 in this order from the base material film side. The first hard coat layer is formed of a cured material of a first curable resin composition including first particles with an average particle diameter of 10-100 nm and a first binder component, and the first particles in the first curable resin composition are included at 40-65 wt.% to the total solid content of the first curable resin composition. The second hard coat layer is formed of a cured material of a second curable resin composition including second particles with an average particle diameter of 10-100 nm and a second binder component, and the second particles in the second curable resin composition are included at 1-30 wt.% to the total solid content of the second curable resin composition.
