<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic fluid machine and a method for manufacturing the same, capable of stabilizing the performances by inhibiting the deformation of a fixed member by welding heat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This hermetic fluid machine 1 includes a fixing means 40 fixing the fixed member 38 stored in a cylindrical hermetic vessel 2 on which the delivery pressure of refrigerant acts on the hermetic vessel. The fixing means includes a through hole 42 formed at a position where the fixed member of the hermetic vessel exists, a pin hole 44 formed on the fixed member, and a pin 46 including a head 48 touching the hermetic vessel through insertion to the through hole and the pin hole.
