<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle with a light emitting function preventing a minor collision with another vehicle more securely than conventional ones. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bicycle with the light emitting function 10 includes: a wheel 30; a frame 11 rotatably mounted with the wheel 30; a neodymium magnet 41 fixed to the frame 11; and light emitting devices 50, 60. The light emitting devices 50, 60 include: coils in which electric power due to electromagnetic induction is generated by being moved against the neodymium magnet 41; and LEDs emitting light by the electric power generated in the coils, and are fixed to a rim 32 of the wheel 30.
