PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein, if an object is left behind a person or carried away by any other person, it is automatically detected that the object is left behind the person or carried away by the other person, and those persona are automatically and promptly predetermined. SOLUTION: A monitor image storage system is provided with: an object detection section 130 for detecting, on the basis of area photographed image information 303, that an object is left behind a person or carried away by any other person in an area, specifying an area photographed image in the area photographed image information 303 that is the base of the detection, as an object detection image 132 and specifying a time when the object detection image 132 is photographed, as an object detection time 133; a face detection section 140 for extracting face photographed image information 403 photographed during a delay time 151 in the past before the object detection time 133, and selecting a face photographed image matching a predetermined reference out of face photographed images in the extracted face photographed image information 403, as a reference matched face image 142; and an integrated display application section 120 for storing the object detection image 132, the object detection time 133, and the reference matched face image 142, in a storage device 150, associating them with one another.
