<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head cover having a structure preventing breakage or the like of a part near a joining part of an oil acquisition plate even if a cylinder head cover body and a passage part are welded through oscillation welding after joining the oil acquisition plate to the passage part under a condition where the same mutually gets close. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The passage part 2 in which blow-by gas flows is provided with an upstream side oil acquisition plate 4 and a downstream side oil acquisition plate 5 closely so as to cross a blow-by gas flow direction. A through-hole 41a is formed on the upstream side oil acquisition plate 4, and a through-hole 51a is formed on the downstream side oil acquisition plate 4 at a position shifted from a position opposing to the through-hole 41a formed on the upstream side oil acquisition plate 4. An upstream side recess part 31 and a downstream side recess part 32 with which the upstream side holding plate 42 of the upstream side oil acquisition plate 4 and the downstream side holding plate 52 of the downstream side oil acquisition plate 5 engage are formed on a wall of the passage part 2. The upstream side holding plate 42 and the upstream side recess 31 are welded and the downstream side holding plate 52 and the downstream side recess part 32 are welded.
