PURPOSE: A cylinder shaft for correcting slack is provided to suppress the deformation of transferring speed of substrates by preventing bristles of a brush from being excessively contacted with the center of the shaft. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder shaft for correcting slack grinds a slack curve, which is generated due to the weight of a shaft and weight added to the shaft, in the shape of a straight line. The object of the same weight as the weight added to the shaft is inserted inside a round rod and is cylindrically ground. The cylindrical shaft horizontally corresponds with an object(100) to be cleaned or transferred. |
