<p>Provided is an illuminating apparatus wherein color shade correction of illuminating light can be accurately performed. An illuminating apparatus (10) is provided with a main controller (11) which, in a color shade correcting operation, assesses whether the luminosity of external light received by a photodiode (5) is at a value that affects the color shade correcting operation. When the main controller assesses that the luminosity of the external light is at a value that affects the color shade correcting operation, the main controller stops the color shade correcting operation, and when the main controller assesses that the luminosity of the external light is at a value not affecting the color shade correcting operation, the main controller starts the color shade correcting operation.</p> |
