The present invention relates to a composition for a tooth desensitizer, and more specifically to a composition for a tooth desensitizer comprising an adhesive polymer for tooth coating, an active substance for desensitization, a substance for promoting penetration of said active substance for desensitization, an active substance for alleviating sensitive nerves, and a pH regulator. The sensation during usage of the tooth composition for desensitizer of the present invention can be the same as the sensation during usage of existing tooth desensitizers and desensitizing effects thereof can rapidly be exhibited. Further, the tooth composition for desensitizer may have the long-term preservation of the desensitizing condition.
