<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser capable of inhibiting micro powder of a powder raw material from remaining, and capable of improving the taste and quality of a beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage dispenser 1 includes: an extraction chamber 56 to which the powder raw material P is fed and in which the fed powder raw material P is compressed; a hot-water feeding passage 52c connected to one end of the extraction chamber 56 and having a feed port 52d for feeding pressurized hot water to the extraction chamber 56; an extracted liquid outflow passage 53c connected to the other end of the extraction chamber 56 and having an outlet 53d of the extracted liquid; and a filter 54 interposed between the feed port 52d and the extraction chamber 56 to face the feed port 52d and having a plurality of apertures 54a formed in the filter avoiding at least the central area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
