<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive photosensitive resin composition which is a material for a display element capable of displaying a clear image in a display device such as an organic EL device, and which dissolves in a low-pollution organic solvent. <P>SOLUTION: The positive photosensitive resin composition includes (A) a polyimide represented by formula (1) and (B) a compound which generates an acid under light, wherein these are dissolved in (C) a solvent. In the formula, X represents a tetravalent aliphatic group or aromatic group; Y represents a divalent organic group containing an aromatic group substituted by at least one OH group; Z<SP>1</SP>and Z<SP>2</SP>each independently represent an organic group containing an alkali solubilizing group which makes the polyimide soluble in an alkaline solution; Q<SP>1</SP>represents H or forms a ring structure in combination with adjacent Z<SP>1</SP>; Q<SP>2</SP>represents H or forms a ring structure in combination with adjacent Z<SP>2</SP>; and m represents an integer of ≥1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
