<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a start-up method that can warm up without using a hydrocarbon equivalent to a light oil obtained from external resources, has no risk of sulfur (S) contamination, and can obtain a high quality of a liquid fuel, upon warming up a fractionating column for fractionation of an FT synthesis hydrocarbon produced by an FT synthesis reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The start-up method of the fractionating column that fractionates an FT synthesis hydrocarbon produced by the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction, includes: a step S3 of removing a light FT synthesis hydrocarbon which exists in a gaseous state in a FT reactor where the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction is carried out; steps S4 and S5 of cooling the removed light FT synthesis hydrocarbon and liquefying it; a step S8 of feeding the light FT synthesis hydrocarbon to the fractionating column; and steps S9 and S11 of heating the light FT synthesis hydrocarbon and circulating it to the fractionating column. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
