<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing proteins, using an ion-exchange liquid chromatography which enables accurate separation and quantification without the necessity of a strict control of a column temperature since a dissolution behavior is not changed, even if the column temperature is changed, and to provide a separation and quantification method of hemoglobins using the method for analyzing the protein that uses the ion-exchange liquid chromatography.
