PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring the activity of a proteolysis coagulation factor of coagulation cascade of a patient sample. SOLUTION: In this measuring method, a combination of a sample, an activator, a cuttable section, chemical emission agent, and sensitizer is prepared as a reaction mixture, and a chemical emission signal is measured and is associated with the activity of the proteolysis coagulation factor.
