PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent starting performance by increasing an output by supercharging immediately after starting an engine when restarting the engine according to a request for starting a vehicle after an automatic stop, in a direct-injection engine DE with a turbosupercharger mounted to the vehicle performing an idle stop. SOLUTION: If there is the request for starting the vehicle when the engine DE is restarted after the automatic stop, additional fuel injection is performed in the expansion stroke of a predetermined cylinder 14 before the completion of starting, and an exhaust heat quantity is effectively increased by taking advantage of the start of the rotation of the engine.
