PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for moving a rail, capable of rapidly and accurately moving even a rail such as one that requires accuracy, for example, such as a rail having a branch structure, and moving the rail in an optional direction. SOLUTION: A moving beam 28 is constructed by integrating a plurality of stringers 19 on a cross beam 15 (37). A rail 23 including a branch part 25 is set on the moving beam 28. A plurality of jacks 39 is connected to the moving beam 28 through a wire 41. A pin 33 is provided on a part of the moving beam 28. When the jack 39 is operated, the moving beam 28 is rotated with the pin 33 as the rotational axis. Namely, the rail 23 including the branch part 25 can be moved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
