<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for curing a concrete continuous body, achieving the concrete continuous body of tunnel lining concrete or the like excelling in quality and durability by preventing cracks, stripping and exfoliation of a concrete surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A curing agent spraying apparatus 2 including a spray arm 11 of similar shape to the inner side face shape of the concrete continuous body is provided at the rear part of a mobile concrete placing form apparatus 1. The curing agent spraying apparatus 2 includes a spray amount adjusting mechanism for adjusting the spray amount of the curing agent 18 according to the moving speed of the mobile concrete placing form apparatus 1. The curing agent 18 is uniformly sprayed to the concrete surface 3a of the concrete continuous body 3 from a spray nozzle 13 equipped at the spray arm 11, following the movement of the mobile concrete placing form apparatus 1 after the removal of the concrete continuous body 3.
