<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the inclusion of air to the minimum by a simple configuration such as a float for preventing air inclusion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device for extracting and filling solution for an absorption refrigerator includes: an extraction valve 7a connected to a sampling valve 7 for extracting or filling a lithium bromide solution 3b to extract the lithium bromide solution 3b; an upper solution tank 3 in which the lithium bromide solution 3b supplied from the extraction valve 7a is made to flow; a lower solution tank 4 which is provided below the upper solution tank 3 and in which the lithium bromide solution 3b supplied from the upper solution tank 3 is made to flow; a partition wall 10 partitioning the upper and lower solution tanks 3, 4 and having an opening 10a partially; a float 2 for preventing air inclusion lowered in accordance with decline in the liquid level of the upper solution tank 3 and closing the opening 10a; a filling valve 7b provided between the lower solution tank 4 and the sampling valve 7 and filling the lithium bromide solution 3b from the lower solution tank 4 to a circulation line 9a; and a tank outer extraction valve 6 provided in the lower solution tank 4 and extracting the solution in the lower solution tank 4 to the outside of the solution tank.
