<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet device capable of surely closing a hot-water supply pipe of a mixing valve which is electrically driven on the basis of an operation of a movable operation portion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The faucet device (1) includes: an operation detection portion (40) which detects a rotational direction position of the movable operation portion (10) in real time; a set value determining portion (44) which determines a mixing ratio set value of the mixing valve (16) on the basis of the detected rotational direction position; and a driving portion (16a) which drives the mixing valve (16) in such a manner as to correspond to the mixing ratio set value. The movable operation portion (10) is turned from a hot-water supply pipe closing position so as to increase the mixing ratio of hot water, stopped in a use temperature position, and subsequently turned to decrease the mixing ratio of the hot water. After that, when the movable operation portion (10) reaches a hot-water supply pipe forcedly-closing position before a return to the hot-water supply pipe closing position, the set value determining portion (44) determines the mixing ratio set value of the mixing valve (16) so as to close the hot-water supply pipe of the mixing valve (16).
