<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount and remove a floor mat 1, while surely receiving dust falling from an inclined tread part 11 on the floor mat 1, when the inclined tread part 11 provided in a heel mounting region of a floor panel 2 to be higher toward the front includes a foot rest member 22 different from the floor panel 2. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An abutting member 23 abutting on an upper face of the floor mat 1 is provided in a lower part of the foot rest member 22. The foot rest member 22 is constituted to be switched between a first mode for fixing the floor mat 1 to the floor panel 2 by pressing the upper face of the floor mat 1 with the abutting member 23, and a second mode formed with a clearance between the abutting member 23 and the upper face of the floor mat 1.
