The arrangement has a tension spring (7) directly fastened at a bearing block (1) or to a fixed component of a vehicle such that the tension spring is tensed during beginning of actuation of a pedal lever (4) in terms of over center spring. The spring force acts in an actuation direction (8), and a middle axis (9) of a bearing bolt (5) of the pedal lever is crossed at the bearing block during actuation of the pedal lever, where force vector reverses during exceeding of the middle axis and the spring force acting opposite to the actuation direction.
