PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate subtraction images by the same angle and size with respect to a moving organ. SOLUTION: An R-wave detecting part 14 detects the interruption of R-wave among the electrocardiographic components of a subject P, and supplies the detection result to a system control part 12. When the R-wave is detected, the system control part 12 controls an arm driving part 4 so as to rotate an arm 3, controls an X-ray tube 1, and radiates the X-ray at a predetermined irradiation position.
