PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel structure manufacturable by easily changing an arrangement position of an installation through-hole in the traveling direction of a wheel. SOLUTION: This wheel structure includes a rectangular pedestal 1 and a yoke frame 2 for pivoting the wheel 3 rotating around the horizontal axis on the lower end. The pedestal 1 includes four through-holes 1a, 1a, 1a and 1a arranged at the apex of a rectangle having the long side A and the short side B. An installation angleθformed to the traveling direction S of the wheel 3 by the center line Lo parallel to the long side A by passing through the center of gravity G<SB>1</SB>of the pedestal 1, is set in a range of -45°≤θ<0°and 0°<θ≤45°, and the pedestal 1 and the yoke frame 2 are fixed by caulking work.
