PURPOSE: Instant braised pork short ribs and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce cooking time for manufacturing the braised pork short ribs by evenly mixing sauce, pork short ribs, carrot, and Flammulina velutipes etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of instant braised pork short ribs includes the following steps: boiling pork short ribs, carrot, and Flammulina velutipes etc; manufacturing main ingredients by mixing each ingredient(200); manufacturing sauce for making the braised pork short ribs(300); manufacturing the braised pork short ribs; and wrapping the braised pork short ribs in a sealing container; and sterilizing and degassing the braised pork short ribs. |
