PURPOSE: A method for obtaining monosaccharide and amino acid by hydrolyzing seaweeds is provided to secure stable monosaccharide and amino acid yield, and to reduce processing costs by using a cheap raw material such as the seaweeds. CONSTITUTION: A method for obtaining monosaccharide and amino acid by hydrolyzing seaweeds comprises the following steps: powdering the dried seaweeds(ST1); forming the seaweeds powder to slurry; hydrolyzing a slurry mixture after pressurizing the slurry mixture(ST3); cooling the hydrolyzed mixture discharged from a reactor; and continuously putting and discharging the slurry mixture to a spiral pipe penetrating the reactor. A catalyst of the slurry mixture includes acetic acid of 1 ~ 5% concentration. |
