ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display is provided to improve display quality by reflecting a threshold voltage of a driving TFT into a display data. CONSTITUTION: A display panel comprises a plurality of data line pairs and a plurality of gate line groups. The display panel comprises pixels. Pixels comprises a driving TFT and an organic light-emitting diode. A sample & hold block(121) extracts a drive TFT threshold voltages of the pixels. The sample & hold block successively supplies a driving TFT threshold voltages to a common output node. The sample & hold block downs the electric potential of the common output node at the non-overlap periods of holding clocks to a base level. An A/D converter changes analog driving TFT threshold voltages into digital threshold voltage values. A memory stores the digital threshold voltage value and their location information.
