摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction method, capable of enhancing the detection and quantification precision of an analyzing target substance by preventing air bubbles from being mixed, and to provide a reaction apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reaction method is constituted so as to perform adsorption reaction for specifically adsorbing the analyzing target substance in a first flow channel CH1 and equipped with a step for allowing a liquid containing the analyzing target substance to make it flow to a second flow channel CH2; a step for drawing a part of the liquid flowing to the second flow channel into a fourth flow channel CH4 and bonding a label substance to the analyzing target substance contained in the liquid to prepare a specimen solution; a step for allowing the residual part of the liquid remaining in the second flow channel to retreat from the second flow channel as a washing solution; a step for sending the specimen liquid to the first flow channel through the second flow channel; a step for detecting that the rear end of the specimen liquid flows in the first flow channel to stop the sending of the specimen solution; a step for allowing the washing liquid which is allowed to retreat from the second flow channel to flow to a third flow channel and allowing the same to meet with the rear end of the specimen liquid stopped in the first flow channel; and a step for sending the washing liquid to the first flow channel.
