<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical pouch with a spout, which can be folded after use and is excellent in shape holding properties of the barrel part when a content is filled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical pouch with the spout in which the top face and the bottom face are constituted with foldable sheets heat-welded on the top and the bottom of two sheets of barrel part sheets, a cylindrical barrel is formed by side-sealing both ends of the two barrel part sheets, and the cylindrical pouch container with the spout which is fixed on the top face is filled with the content from the spout, is characterized in that the inner pressure in the pouch is 0.01-5 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>.
