PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device in which a highly brittle material such as glass, artificial marble, stones, earthenware, or porcelain can be used for a cover. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes a casing installed on a toilet bowl, and a toilet seat and a cover having hinge parts turnably mounted on the casing. The cover has a base material provided with the hinge parts, and a top plate formed of a material more brittle than a material configuring the base material and mounted on the base material so as to cover the upper part of the base material.
