<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net seat back used for a vehicle which uses a net frame made of metal and improves fitting property and holding property of a sitting feeling, and whose installation is simplified. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The net seat back includes: a seat back frame including an opening passing through from a back rest surface 15 to a seat rear surface at the center portion of the seat back; a seat back pad 19 covering the seat back frame; a seat back trim cover 24 which is fixed by a fastener sewn like a doughnut so as to open an opening 17 at the center portion of the seat back; a seat back net frame 26 which is formed in sizes of covering at least the opening 17 by the seat back rest surface 15 and installed fixedly to the right and left frame sides of the seat back frame by right and left side brackets 33 from behind by right and left bottom brackets; and a back rest net unit 25.
