<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for obtaining an output image in which directions of all the pages are aligned by outputting images after inverting pages which are read reversely even if images of a book or the like scanned by an image scanner are inverted for each page, by operating an operation panel after a user sets the book on an original platen of the image scanner in a spread state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image processor includes: an image scanning unit 7 for scanning a document for the unit of a page and generating image data; an input unit 4 for inputting data related to a direction; a direction determination unit 8 for determining a direction of the image data for the unit of a page; and an image rotation unit 9 for changing a direction of the image data for the unit of a page based on a determination result of the direction determination unit.
