<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store web content. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the proxy system 1 including a terminal 10, and a proxy server 20 for relaying a request received from the terminal 10 to a web server 30 and relays a response from the web server 30 to the terminal 10, the terminal 10 includes a block designating part 100 for designating a part to be segmented from a target web content, and a segmented part transmitting part 103 for transmitting content of the part to be segmented designated by the block designating part 100 or segmented part data composed of identification information of the part to be segmented to a proxy server 20, and the proxy server 20 includes a segmented part receiving part 200 for receiving segmented part data transmitted from the segmented part transmitting part 103, and a storing part 203 for storing content of the part to be segmented on the basis of segmented part data received from the segmented part receiving part 200.
