PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip having excellent assembleability when fitting a shaft provided on a hinge into a bearing hole formed in a grip body. SOLUTION: The assist grip includes a grip body 1 having recesses 11 formed at both ends thereof and a pair of bearing holes 12 formed in parts facing each other of circumferential walls of the recesses; a hinge 2 having a frame 22 stored in each recess 11 and having a clip holding hole 21, and a pair of arms 23 having shafts 23c extending from a pair of extension bases 22e of the frame 22 at the predetermined spacing therebetween and turnably pivoted by a pair of bearing holes 12; and a clip 3 inserted in the clip holding hole 21 with its fore end 3c projected therefrom, while a base end 3d thereof being held with the frame 22.
