PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-free foamed wallpaper which can prevent or inhibit the deterioration of an antistatic performance due to wiping with water, even when containing an antistatic agent in the outermost surface layer. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-free foamed wallpaper is produced using a styrene sulfonate-maleate copolymer represented by general formula (1) [wherein, M1, M2, and M3are each identically or differently an alkali metal element or NH4; (m) and (n) are each identically or differently an integer of 1 or more] as the antistatic agent.
