PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymer composition which retains such requisite performance for an antifouling coating composition that it can retain prolonged antifouling effect and is excellent in resistance to yellowing in the sea and to provide an antifouling coating composition containing the copolymer composition. SOLUTION: There are provided copolymer composition comprising a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing a specified monomer (A) having a triisopropylsilyl group and a copolymer composition containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, and an antifouling coating composition containing the copolymer and an antifouling agent and excellent in resistance to yellowing in the sea.
