PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure with a comfortable fit while improving a foot grounding property in a scooter type vehicle. SOLUTION: The seat structure 49 of the scooter type vehicle includes a seat 50 where an occupant is seated. a storage box 51 provided at the lower part of the seat 50 and storing a helmet, and a seat lower cover 80 provided at the lower part of the seat 50. The seat 50 includes a front seat part 50a where a driver is seated and a rear seat part 50b where a passenger is seated. The storage box 51 has a helmet storage K space for storing the helmet in the lower part of the rear seat part 50b. The width in a part corresponding to the front seat part 50a in a planer view becomes narrower toward the front, and a front seat part lower edge 62 declines forward in a side face view, and a front part side inclination face 50e of the front seat part 50a continues to the side inclination face 80a of the seat lower cover 80.
