PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable welding of a terminal at arbitrary location by parallel movement and rotational movement of a positive electrode and an earth electrode which are attached to a tip of robot arm. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a welding torch 4 attached to the tip of arm 3 of the robot arm 2, and the earth electrode 5 which, together with the welding torch 4, holds a work W so as to be able to clamp or unclamp a plurality of welding spots P<SB>1</SB>to P<SB>6</SB>while keeping a constant distance from the welding torch 4 during welding.
