PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure and a game machine capable of improving accessibility to the back side of the game machine and preventing a fraud from the back side by largely opening a back surface body forward even when the back surface body is installed on the back side of the game machine. SOLUTION: This frame structure 51 includes: a housing frame 53 surrounding the periphery of a Pachinko machine 52; a machine frame 54 swingably supported to open/close the front surface about a shaft J1 at one side edge of the housing frame 53; and a back surface plate 55 disposed rearward from the housing frame 53 to substantially close the back surface of the Pachinko machine 52 and swingably supported by the housing frame 53 to open/close the front surface, with a position rearward from the shaft J1 and inside the Pachinko machine 52 with respect to the shaft J1 defined as a shaft J2. The upper surface 55a of the back surface plate 55 is formed with a notch 55b notched at least partially, at the shaft J2, and the housing frame 53 has a cover lid 56 substantially covering the notch 55b.
