<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration sheet for insert molding which can keep an unevenness by embossing when vacuum-forming or injection-molding also in the insert molding, and can give an uneven feeling, a spatial effect, a depth feel, etc. to the surface of a molding, and a decoration resin molding using the decoration sheet for insert molding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the decoration sheet for insert molding 10, at least a coloring layer 12, a resin layer 14, and a backer film 15 are laminated in this order on a transparent substrate film 11. The embossing is carried out from the coloring layer toward the transparent substrate film, and the thickness of the resin layer is 0.3-2.5 times the embossing depth.
