PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano fiber production apparatus which can improve the efficiency of nano fiber production. SOLUTION: The nano fiber production apparatus includes: an outflow member 211 having outflow holes 216 for flowing out a raw material liquid 300 into a space, a charged electrode 221 for applying a prescribed voltage to the outflow member 211, a charging power supply 222 for giving a prescribed voltage between the outflow member 211 and the charged electrode 221, and a gas flow-forming means 203 for forming a gas flow for carrying nano fibers 301 produced from the raw material liquid 300 flowed out from the outflow member 211, wherein the charged electrode 221 is disposed on the windward of the gas flow formed with the gas flow-forming means 203 from the outflow holes 216.
