<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slinging hoisting accessory for a scaffold unit, which can reduce, even when an unexpected external force is added to the suspended scaffold unit, the load placed on the scaffold unit to prevent breakage-deformation or air breakup and falling of the scaffold unit, and which can be easily mounted. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The slinging hoisting accessory for scaffold unit includes a lateral pair of cross beam members disposed above the scaffold unit to guide a wire rope 8 in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold unit; and a longitudinal pair of horizontal rail members 12 arranged on the front and rear side surface of the scaffold unit, and including a cylindrical body 13 to which the lower ends of the wire rope 8 guided in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold unit are connected, and a plurality of connecting members 14 movably provided on the cylindrical body 13 to be connected to each building frame of the scaffold unit.
