<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular heater and its control method capable of heating the periphery of a driver's seat by heating washer liquid. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This vehicular heater has a washer liquid tank for storing the washer liquid, a washer liquid heating system for heating the washer liquid, a heater unit of the driver's seat for heating the periphery of the driver's seat by heat of the washer liquid, a pump for providing pressure so that the washer liquid can circulate between the heater unit of the driver's seat and the washer liquid tank, a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of an external part, and a control part for operating the washer liquid heating system and the pump when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is larger than a temperature preset value.
