<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as an organic semiconductor material for organic transistors, and organic semiconductor membranes and the like using the compound. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The compound expressed by formula (1) (wherein, the cyclic structure A and the cyclic structure B independently express an aromatic ring or a heterocyclic ring; the cyclic structure C expresses a benzene ring, a hetero[3,2-b]heterole ring or a benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']diheterole ring; at least any one of W, X, Y and Z expresses N-(R<SP>5</SP>)) is provided.
