The invention relates to an interactive booking-recording method and system providing conduct of booking and recording actions of a person and/or any person under his/her responsibility by means of telephone (2) without entering any identity details, wherein the identity numbers of the persons and telephone numbers likely to be called during appointment are recorded in at least one database and are matched with each other, the identity number is accessed directly via telephone number associated in the database, the identity number of the person himself/herself and/or identity numbers of those the person is responsible for are accessed and the booking request of the person for himself/herself or for the person under his/her responsibility and/or cared by him/her is realized. |
